Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy provides the particulars of cancellation and refund of services rendered by Nimble Creation. We take it upon ourselves to provide guidelines that are straight, fair and transparent in order to provide a smooth and positive experience for all of our clients.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

  • Notice Period: Clients who want to cancel service during in-progress services must send written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Immediate Cancellation: Services will immediately end up to the request date next five working days if an immediate cancellation is requested. Any fees for services to be provided post-cancellation date become refundable subject to our property model policy.

Project Cancellation

  • Project-based Work: From the project start date, clients have 7 days to cancel projects in line with project-based work. Given that work has already started clients are liable to pay for any work done up until the point where they cancelled.
  • Cancellation After 7 Days: Any cancellations that take place outside the 7 day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Service Subscriptions

  • Prepaid Services: The prepaid clients may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the service they pre-paid for as long as the cancellation request fulfills the period of notice as above.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refund will be issued for months of partial or full service delivery.

Project-based Work

  • Deposit: Funds placed for project based services are irrefundable after the 7 days grace period from the beginning of the project.
  • Completed Work: If work has already begun but the project is not finished and it is voted to be cancelled, the clients will be billed for the completed work. Any amounts paid over this amount will be refunded back.

Exceptions

  • Quality Concerns: In case of cancellation caused by dissatisfaction with the quality of service, clients are invited to contact us during 14 days after provision of service or executing the project. Refund eligibility in these cases will be assessed on a case by case basis.
  • Service Disruption: In case of substantial disruption in service caused by Nimble Creation then depending on the severity of the issue and its effect on the service performance, clients can apply for full or partial refund.

Processing Refunds

  • Refund Request: All refund request should be made in writing to our customer care masters.
  • Approval Timeframe Arrears refund request will be evaluated and processed on the 10 business days. Clients will be made aware of the outcome and if the refund is possible.
  • Refund Method: Passive refunds will be paid into the same account used by the client for making the payment. In case that method is not available, an alternative will be made available.

Amendments
Nimble Creation has the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy anytime. Clients will be kept informed in the event of any material changes that affect their service agreement.
